We offer a free valuation, with no obligation, and clients are able to use other agents alongside Homehunters.

After the valuation, and upon instruction to market the property, we arrange a new appointment to measure up, take photographs, a description on each room and to the external.

Specifications are then drawn up and we fully market the property. This involves ensuring full advertising which consists of:

• Office advertising
• For sale board
• Homehunters website
• Rightmove website
• Weekly in the Caerphilly Campaign

Fees quoted are of the actual selling price and not the marketing price. All appointments are accompanied and feedback given to the client.

We can also assist in the provision of a hip (Homebuyers Information Pack), which is now mandatory for 3 or 4 bedroom properties. This has to be purchased from the HIP provider. As agents we can track this at any time to check what stage the hip is at. A hip pack has to be paid for before any marketing can begin.

Homehunters can also introduce First Time Buyers or current home owners to a financial advisor on request. Upon agreed sale of the property we can assist with a solicitor if required to do so.
